Obesity in adolescents is a growing public health concern globally. This study assessed the effectiveness of community-based interventions designed to promote healthy lifestyle behaviors among adolescents aged 12–18 years. A quasi-experimental design was implemented across five communities, incorporating nutritional education, physical activity programs, and behavioral counseling over 12 months. Post-intervention analysis revealed a significant reduction in mean BMI z-scores (p < 0.01) and improved dietary habits among participants. The study emphasizes the potential of community-driven strategies in mitigating adolescent obesity and supports scaling up such interventions in urban and rural settings.
