The COVID-19 pandemic has placed unprecedented psychological strain on healthcare workers. This cross-sectional study evaluated the prevalence of anxiety, depression, and burnout among frontline healthcare professionals in three tertiary hospitals. Using standardized questionnaires (GAD-7, PHQ-9, and Maslach Burnout Inventory), data from 850 participants were analyzed. Results revealed that 42% experienced moderate to severe anxiety, 35% reported depressive symptoms, and 50% met criteria for burnout. The study underscores the urgent need for institutional mental health support programs and interventions to mitigate long-term psychological consequences among healthcare workers.
